Vivid Lipstick Red, velvet & satin, VLV hourglass dress. Hollywood starlet hot, Mad Men era cool. Wonderfully Old Hollywood, so purrfectly Marilyn, elegant, coy & sexy all at once. It isn't a full out wiggle, since the hem allows you room to walk, but it makes the point.

NOTE: Bodice is lined with a sturdy canvas, which provides absolutely no stretch. Likely meant to preserve the velvet from stretching, due to the tight nature of the cut, sort of acting like a girdle.
